It takes a little time to realize, without even realizing it, that something is missing. Things that previously caught my eye begin to come into view, and as I make changes one by one, I eventually find myself feeling a deep affection for the transformed appearance. Colors that I had never once been drawn to—due to my own preconceived notion that blue hues could not provide warmth—have started to catch my eye. I was also curious to see what my monotonous home would look like if it were adorned with the colors of summer.
