For those who love black and white interiors, The existing accent wall color I encountered when moving into my new apartment always left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. Haha. Since it was a brand new house, I felt it was too wasteful to tear down the wall and spend a fortune on renovations.😭 So, I finally decided to try out a matte white accent wall, a dream I’ve had for a long time.🤍 The color I used this time is Modern Square Off-White✨ The difference in atmosphere before and after installation was much greater than I expected, so I just stared at the living room for quite a while after finishing the DIY project. Haha. Since it is white tile, the space looks much brighter and wider. I really loved how the matte texture prevents excessive light reflection, allowing it to blend naturally with the existing wall.✨ The installation was also surprisingly simple! You can easily cut it to the desired size with a utility knife, and the difficulty level is low enough that you can do it all by yourself. Even if the position is slightly off while attaching it, you can easily peel it off and fix it, making it easy for even DIY beginners to try without any pressure. Since it is a living space, durability was important, and it stuck neatly without lifting. Maintenance is complete with just a light wipe of dirt! After changing the art wall following the kitchen, I realized once again that you can significantly change the atmosphere of your home without major renovations.
