So I was agonizing over what to do, and couldn't bring myself to choose furniture right away. Since storage was lacking, I was looking for a storage cabinet and shelves to display objects. First, I chose Billy, then a black shelf that looked like a system shelf, and finally, I chose the Lebru furniture, a design I had been considering for shelves. And guess what? It fits our home so, so well! It went well with both the beige and black sofas, but I think the rug on the floor makes it look even better :) For those of you who, like me, are struggling with art walls in old apartments!! I think if you cover it with a shelf and even add a rug, you can turn the downside into an advantage :)
