The more I spend time with my children, the more I pay attention to creating an environment where things can be easily taken out and easily put away. These days, spreading out a world map and reading has become a small daily routine in our home. 🌍📚 Today, after reading *GOGO World Kids*, we took out the world map and flag cards included as an appendix and used them like a game. As we looked up the countries we encountered in the book on the map and globe and matched their flags, the conversation flowed naturally. I have kept the flow of movement as simple as possible so that the children can take out the book to read on their own and put it back in its place after finishing. Rather than grandiose interiors, it is a space where children can comfortably stay, learn, and put things back in their proper places.
