If you try making this yourself, you won't need to buy it from a shaved ice shop anymore! I'll leave the Tomato Shaved Ice recipe below, so please [save] it and try making it! 🏷️ Tomato Shaved Ice Recipe 1. You need tomato syrup. - Regardless of whether they are cherry tomatoes or large tomatoes, peel about a handful of them. (They peel easily if you make a cross shape on the skin, pour boiling water over them, let them sit for a moment, and then peel them under cold water!) - Blend them using a blender or immersion blender. - Put the blended tomatoes and honey or allulose to your liking into a pot, boil for about 5 minutes, and then let it cool. 2. Prepare the shaved ice machine, take out a nice bowl, and drizzle condensed milk over the bottom. - Grind the ice until it piles up in the bowl, then press it down firmly to flatten it. - Drizzle condensed milk over it one more time. - Create another ice mountain, press it down firmly, and pour in a ladle of tomato syrup. - Finally, build another ice mountain; it is okay if the height gets caught in the machine. Since the ice is simply molded by pressing, tilt the bowl and keep circling it to shape it. - Lastly, top the finished shaved ice generously with tomato syrup, place a whole tomato on top for decoration, and enjoy! Now, instead of spending over ten thousand won at a shop, why not try making it at home?!
