Whenever we buy fruit, we put it all in a cooler bag and store it in the refrigerator. Then, it stays in the same condition as when we bought it for about a week. I've tried storing strawberries, peaches, apricots, watermelons, and grapes this way, and they were all fine. Today, I took out a week-old peach and sliced it for my 10-year-old, and he asked, "When did you buy this? I didn't see it!" It seems like it tastes like the fruit I bought today 🙂 Since I started using this method, I love that I can store fruit without worrying about bugs or mold, even when I buy a lot.
