I am a fan of soft, white peaches 🤍 It's the mini vlog back again this month without fail ☁️ Actually, I'm a bread lover who starts worrying about what to eat for weekend breakfast starting Friday evening. Just imagining that time makes me excited for no reason, and the moment I prepare and eat a delicious breakfast feels like a reward for having had a good week. I woke up without an alarm and first thing I did was toast some whole wheat bread until golden brown. A morning where the smell of the bread baking to a crispy texture just makes me feel good for no reason. In the meantime, I thinly slice some ripe peaches and prepare them. I spread a generous amount of my favorite Philadelphia cream cheese on the warm bread. The sweet peaches really go well with the soft and savory cream cheese. Layer the peaches neatly on top, and finally, drizzle a swirl of honey to complete a peach open sandwich full of the flavors of summer. Of course, you can't leave out coffee with a sandwich.
