I received a gift of what is said to be one of Japan's top three udon varieties. I boiled the noodles, poured in the tsuyu sauce and water—quite simple—and put the pork cutlet in the air fryer. I was busy from the morning trying to get everything done before 7 o'clock. It was hectic. Korean, Japanese, and Western dishes and cups were all mixed up and made an appearance lol. Tenobe Udon. It looks like somen, but it turns out to be udon. It was raining and humid, so I was going to make cold udon, but I ended up eating it warm instead. Fighting fire with fire~~ It tastes good. I ate way too many carbohydrates this morning, so I need to go exercise. Have a great day everyone. #Japanese Traditional Koto Tenobe Udon Set
