With the mindset of starting small for our first newlywed home, we looked into LH (Korea Land and Housing Corporation), but we ran into issues regarding income and assets. So, thinking, "Should I just buy a house instead?!", we looked into loans, but loans are impossible if your parents already own a home..!!❌ After searching extensively, starting with a 5-pyeong studio apartment, we discovered the "Private Rental Housing" system. We gathered all the information we could find, and managed to secure a nearly brand-new home, just 3 years old, that perfectly fit our budget and timing! This 16-pyeong apartment marks my first time living alone and my first home as a newlywed!! Please look forward to seeing how we decorate it in the future 🥰
