My ambitiously decorated living room. You absolutely must buy an electric recliner. The color is so pretty, and it's so, so comfortable... I agonized over the side table next to the sofa, but oh my, it's just so, so pretty. Since the table isn't completely enclosed by wood, the wires behind it are hidden, and I can still route the speaker wires through the inside, which is very useful! Thanks to the speaker's placement, when I sit in the recliner watching TV, the sound coming from the speakers connected to the TV comes right next to me, making it feel like a movie theater! I picked up the lamp from my parents' house and have been using it quite well. It has been with me for almost 6-7 years since my first time living on my own. I thought about throwing it away after moving, but then I realized the speaker is black, so I thought it would match, and it is a perfect match! On the wall are table napkins I bought in New York, featuring a map of New York City!
