(Slow-aging diet) I grill the vegetables and make a dressing with olive oil + whole grain mustard + honey + white balsamic vinegar + parsley to go with them. 📌 Yakisoba I make it with Chinese noodles instead of udon noodles. I use Japanese mayonnaise, and it tastes much better because it’s savory! Katsuobushi is a must 🙊 📌 The combination of a fried egg and basil pesto is the best. Put it on bread, and you have a simple yet luxurious sandwich. I usually cook and eat this for brunch during the day.
