Wash the peaches thoroughly and slice them into bite-sized pieces. 3. In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, or allulose, or butter 🧈 (whichever ingredient you have at home). Roast the peaches over low heat. 4. Spread burrata cheese on the toasted bread, place the roasted peaches on top, and top with jamón. 5. Finish by sprinkling a little basil powder or balsamic vinegar. 6.
