Hello! Today, I’ll show you the first part of our mini housewarming tour: the living room! We established a sense of weight with a black velvet sofa as the centerpiece, and used white sheer curtains to keep the natural light flowing while creating a soft, airy atmosphere. For the dining area, we matched a black-framed table with gray boucle chairs to maintain the tone of the living room. We placed a wooden side table next to the sofa with small decorative items, and added a single olive tree next to the glass door to liven up the space. We remodeled this older 24-pyeong apartment for around 10 million won, focusing on a white base with black and wood accents. I am satisfied with how the result turned out to be a space with a strong presence without being excessive.
