Do you know a dish called Pan con Tomate... Literally translated, it means "bread and tomato" ๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿ… I recently went on a honeymoon to Spain, and fell in love with it the moment I took my first bite, so I bought a tomato grator, olive oil, and salt. Since Spanish tomatoes are definitely delicious, it doesn't quite taste exactly like the one I had back then, but it is still delicious enough! Crispy, refreshing, and moist, a hint of garlic, and the rich flavor of olive oil... mmm ๐Ÿฅน Even someone like me, who is terrible at cooking, can make this quickly, so please give it a try! You can substitute the tomato grator with a grater! [Pan con Tomate Recipe] โ€ข Toast the baguette over low heat. (It tasted better to toast it without drizzling olive oil.) โ€ข Cut a fresh garlic clove in half, place it on a fork, and rub it into the warmed baguette (to infuse the flavor๐ŸŒฟ). โ€ข Grate a tomato, add a pinch of salt, and drizzle with olive oil. โ€ข Place on top of the baguette.
