The basic recipe is: Greek Yogurt 2 Mayonnaise 2 Whole Grain Mustard 1 Allulose 1 Milk 1 Pepper Please take note of this. You can eat it with rye bread, crackers, etc., or it's delicious to eat by the spoon like a salad.
