I always strive to keep the kitchen tidy. I mainly use Witkle cleaning wipes and Under-T dishcloths. I like Witkle because it wipes well and doesn't leave any water residue. Under-T is thick, has a nice texture, and wipes well. Kotona hand towels are thin, but they absorb moisture quite well. Since thin items absorb well and dry quickly, I think they are good for summer use. And the colors are so pretty. I placed the frying pan in a visible spot, and so far, I like this layout because it keeps my workflow from getting tangled up while cooking. This is a melon bread shop that I don't know when it will open.
