This post is written while thinking of Ari, who recently departed for the long journey to cat heaven. If you wait for me there without getting sick, I’ll come to meet you before it’s too late! 🤍 I hope the brand "Sammyo Shop," which any cat owner would fall in love with, opens on Today's House soon. During Ari's illness, a poster listing the "Five Qualities of a Cool Cat" served as our family motto, haha. Besides that, I also bought credit card stickers, and she found them particularly amusing when swiping them at the vet. There were so many cat supplies. She doesn't always leave them spread out like that; usually, they are neatly organized here and there, but she seems to bring out even more when playing hunt. Maybe I should reduce them a little now. Step by step... Even with a cat tower and a cat pole, it seems unavoidable that she uses the sofa as a mini cat tower. Since she's going to tear it up anyway, I had a custom-made Ttasuneok scratching mat laid down so she could scratch and rest more comfortably. The ivory mats from Ttasuneok feel the sturdiest! For cat towers, I recommend the Garuru Gato Blanco Luna Oval, which was sturdy enough to withstand 9kg of jumping on it. It is worth the price. As for the scratching posts, you can replace the top and bottom sections at regular intervals, and simply buy a new one when they get completely torn. I placed the last ball of fur on top of its favorite preserved tets, which I had kept out of the cat's reach.
