#바지락파스타 Today's dish is pasta with clams. It was hot, so I didn't make any side dishes and just finished with a one-bowl meal. I sautéed sliced garlic in oil, added peperoncino, and mixed well. Then I added the clam meat and stirred thoroughly. Next, I added the pasta, pasta water, and a little salt, mixed it well, and I also added basil pesto. I picked a leaf from the basil plant I'm growing that is growing the best and placed it on top of the pasta.
