#오늘의우리집 #콘수프기록집 I made this shio-kon-bu-gajimi pot rice on the spur of the moment because I thought the combination would be delicious! 🍚🐟🤍 It was even tastier than I imagined, so my husband and I ate every last bit! The recipe isn't anything special, but I'm leaving it here anyway..🤍 🍚🐟 Shio Kon Buga Flounder Rice Pot Recipe 1. Take the frozen flounder out the night before and thaw it by refrigerating it. 2. Wipe the flounder dry with a paper towel, place it on a tray, and lightly season with salt and pepper. 3. Take a large spoonful of pancake mix and lightly coat both sides. 4. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil in a pan, place the flounder skin-side down, and grill. 5. Once one side is fully cooked, flip it over and grill the other side. 6. Lightly drizzle olive oil in a pot, pour in the washed rice, and stir-fry over high heat until the moisture evaporates. 7. Once the moisture is gone, add water in a 1:1 ratio with the rice, add 1 part soy sauce, and boil over high heat while stirring continuously. (If rice is 120g, water is 120g) 8. When it thickens like porridge, reduce the heat to low, close the lid, and simmer for 15 minutes. 9. When the time is up, turn off the heat, mix well once, and then Place chives (or green onions), shiokonbu, and grilled flounder on top, close the lid again, and let it steam over low heat for 10 minutes. 10. Break up the flounder and mix well. Add a little shiokonbu and the remaining 2 pieces of flounder, then grind in some pepper to finish! #HomeCooking #요리 #요리영상 #집밥영상 #라치우드도마 #스타우브꼬꼬떼 #스타우브 #솥밥 #글로벌나이프 #스메그인덕션 #스메그
