There was a time when I struggled with sleep, so I keep my bedroom clutter-free to focus solely on sleep. I moved everything exactly as it was from the 16-pyeong villa I lived in when I first moved out on my own. The rattan lamps, paper lanterns, and floor lamps all emit warm or soft light, and I added blackout curtains to create a cozy atmosphere. My most cherished possession in this space is a large dreamcatcher. I bought it in Ubud, Bali, and it seems to really set the mood of the bedroom. When I wake up in the morning, I open the veranda door to ventilate the room first.
