The space where we spend the most time in our home. It is the kitchen where I brew coffee in the morning, prepare snacks when the kids return from school, and gather with the family in the evening. A home café that starts with my cherished Breville 876. A cup of coffee allows me to take a brief rest during the day. We couldn't do any major renovations in the kitchen because we wanted to preserve the multi-purpose room. Instead, to address the lack of storage, we replaced the inside of the existing cabinets with sliding shelves, allowing us to conveniently use every corner. After moving in, we had a custom-made cabinet in front of the island, featuring the same film finish as the home bar cabinet. We placed a water purifier there so we can pour water immediately during meals, and we store our cups and side plates here. Thanks to this, the kids have developed a small habit of taking out their own cups and helping to clean up after the dishwasher finishes. When I look up from the kitchen, I see the living room with the ceiling fan slowly spinning and the floor-to-ceiling window filled with sunlight. It may not be a special space, but it is where our family's day is most vividly captured.
