Today's menu is Myeongran Butter Udon, a dish you never get tired of no matter when you eat it. ๐ค It's so simple to make that I make it often. It looks pretty and tastes great, so I highly recommend it. ๐ Myeongran Butter Udon (1 serving) Ingredients: 1 pack of udon noodles, salted pollack roe (half a block), butter, 1 egg yolk, Cheongyang chili pepper, dried seaweed (for garnish), whole sesame seeds 1. Remove the skin from the pollack roe and shape only half of it into a circle. 2. Thinly slice the Cheongyang chili pepper and dried seaweed. 3. Boil the udon noodles for about 1 minute and 30 seconds and drain the water. (Since this is a dish meant to be mixed and eaten warm, do not rinse with cold water.) 4. Place the udon noodles in a bowl, top with the pollack roe, Cheongyang chili pepper, butter, dried seaweed, and egg yolk, and sprinkle with whole sesame seeds to finish. 5. Mix the ingredients together and enjoy. (You can also add rice to the leftover sauce and eat it! ^^) You definitely have to try making this!! #CornSoupRecord #TodaysHome #OHomStaurant #PlatingSecretGem #Plating #WoodTray #Erato #Recipe #SimpleCooking #MyeongranButterUdon #StoneCookingMenu #Mujagi #DishRecommendation #CookingRecipe
