#OHomStaurant #CornSoupRecord : When you have no appetite, how about Yakibitashi? ⠀ Lately, I have no appetite and nothing really craves anything, but I still want to eat something delicious... But I also want something light that won't make me gain weight, and I was craving something refreshing...! And in the midst of that, Yakibitashi Soba caught my eye ♥ It's so easy to make, so I took out the vegetables at 1 AM today, grilled them, marinated them in the broth, and settled on this for lunch 🙌🏻 ⠀ It's so great that I can enjoy the vegetables too, and I'll have to serve this to the kids for dinner too 👩🏻‍🍳 ⠀ [ Yakibitashi, Grilled Vegetable Soba Recipe ] ➊ Grill your favorite vegetables, such as eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, and tomatoes, in an air fryer at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. ➋ Prepare the broth. 150ml Tsuyu + 300ml Water + 1T White Balsamic + 1T Allolous ➌ Place the grilled vegetables in a bowl, pour in the prepared broth until the vegetables are submerged, and refrigerate to let it mature. (Can be stored for about a week 🙌🏻) ➍ The next day, boil the buckwheat noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes, rinse them in cold water, and squeeze out the excess water.
