After the meal, I enjoyed a light dessert with the *Shinbi* peaches that were given to me as a gift 🍑🤍 I made it simply by adding *Shinbi* peaches, ricotta cheese, honey, and olive oil on top of a baguette. It’s a fail-proof combination of ricotta cheese and honey, and with every bite, the juice of the *Shinbi* peaches just bursts out haha. It was truly a luxurious taste 🫠🤍🤍 Breads bought from Koto Bakery, cherries, peaches, and even an Illy latte!
