Here is Jun Ji-hyun's recipe 👩🍳 📍Tomato Noodles 🍅🍅 *Ingredients (for 1 serving)* - 1 frozen tomato - 1 packet of soy milk noodles - 2-3 perilla leaves *Sauce* - 3T Tsuyu - 3T Water - 2T White Balsamic Vinegar - 2T Perilla Oil - 1T Allulose - A pinch of salt - A pinch of pepper 1. Rinse the frozen tomato with water! And if you make incisions, the skin peels off easily haha. Cut them diagonally into bite-sized pieces. 2. Make the sauce by adding 3 tablespoons of tsuyu, 3 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar (*can be substituted with 1 tablespoon of vinegar*), 2 tablespoons of perilla oil, 1 tablespoon of allulose, salt, and pepper. 3. Add the sliced tomatoes to the sauce. 4. Shred the perilla leaves and add them. (I didn't have any... so I added arugula haha. But the taste makes me keep thinking about the perilla leaves ㅠT) 5.
