While white tableware naturally complements any food, it has the advantage of making the food's natural colors stand out even more, especially when serving dishes with a variety of colors like Korean cuisine. I placed the main course in a generous oval bowl to anchor the center of the table, and arranged the side dishes in smaller bowls so that their individual colors and shapes are clearly visible. Even with tableware in the same white tone, varying the size and depth of the dishes can prevent a monotonous look and create a much richer impression. Another thing I loved was the subtle texture of the Gyeol Series. Unlike purely smooth ceramics, the addition of natural grain gives it a warm feel, and even though it is tableware used every day, it creates an organized atmosphere that feels like a special occasion.
