To think I can enjoy whole pork belly so easily at home! The kitchen appliance I'm most satisfied with these days, the Noah Grill Fryer! I tried making whole pork belly, and it was much easier than I expected. All I had to do was season it simply with salt and pepper, insert the temperature probe, and select the menu. I saved time because I could prepare other side dishes while it was cooking. The fat drained away, leaving the outside golden brown and the inside moist. The moment I took a bite, I could feel the meat juices bursting inside, and my family really enjoyed it too. I also really liked that it functions as both a grill and an air fryer, allowing for versatile use not only for whole pork belly but also for steaks and pizza. Operation is simple with the touch controls and dial, and maintenance after use is convenient as the components can be detached for washing with water.
