A kitchen I boldly removed the U-shaped layout to create a minimalist look ๐ค (Before and after photos included) I haven't decided on kitchen curtains or blinds yet, so I photoshopped in some IKEA Roman shades! Our home was originally an older apartment kitchen featuring a large U-shaped marble countertop. During the renovation, we completely demolished it and built a sink along the wall. I had always dreamed of having a large dining table so I could invite my family over for intimate meals. However, the existing kitchen was awkward for placing a table, and the colors and wall tiles showed signs of age. So, I decided to boldly sacrifice storage and sink space, opting for a white color scheme to create more open space. Since a significant amount of money went into the interior, I chose furniture based on cost-effectiveness. The dining table was incredibly luxurious regardless of the price, and the set configuration was excellent. But the chairs I selected blended together so perfectly, almost like a matching set, that I highly recommend this combination. In particular, I find the rattan chair very comfortable to use because it doesn't make a scraping sound at all.
