This is the Vermicular Yukihira cast iron pot I recently purchased :) It is my third Vermicular household item. Since it is a cast iron pot, it is great for long-term use without worrying about the coating. I usually get self-conscious about white pots when cooking with red chili powder, but I tried making tteokbokki this time and the red sauce didn't stain at all, so I love it!!
