As a homebody, I absolutely wanted to decorate my bedroom—my main living space—to be cozy! For reference, my number one favorite item in the bedroom is none other than the curtains!😆 In my previous house, I used blackout curtains, but since they completely blocked out the sunlight, I felt more tired and couldn't wake up quickly every morning. So this time, I switched to curtains that don't block out the sunlight completely but still let in over 50% of it, allowing just a soft, gentle light to come in. And I've definitely noticed less of that sluggishness every morning! I wanted a curtain with a linen feel but also a moderate blackout rate, so I had a really hard time finding one.
