Today, I’d like to introduce the #미니냉장고 that has been occupying a corner of our refrigerator cabinet since last December. It is the #미닉스 #더시프트. Although it was released as a small-sized kimchi refrigerator, I like it even more because it can be utilized in various ways depending on your preference or needs, such as a #음료냉장고, #소형냉장고, or #김치냉장고! I mainly use it to store side dishes that I plan to keep for a long time, cold noodle broth, and kimchi made during the winter season (Kimjang), as well as other types of kimchi. Originally, when I only used a regular refrigerator, the kimchi would spoil very quickly and become inedible. Because of that, I didn't get to eat kimchi often. However, since getting the Minix, I store my winter kimchi in large containers and use it to make kimchi fried rice, kimchi stew, and enjoy it in many different ways! The best part is that the refrigerator no longer smells like kimchi, and the Minix The Shift effectively eliminates the kimchi odor as well :) It is perfect for those who want to eat kimchi but found it too expensive to buy a kimchi refrigerator!
