Anything you have at home—fruit, roasted grain powder, milk, etc.—can be put into a stick-type ziplock bag and frozen, and it turns into healthy and delicious ice cream. My kindergarteners and high schoolers really love it. I tried freezing a latte, and it was totally like a "Summer Hunt" (a Korean ice cream bar)! It tastes familiar!
