๐ฟ I am practicing zero-waste grocery shopping in my daily life. After grocery shopping, there's usually a pile of things to recycle, right? I have a habit of shopping on my way to the gym, so I took out my bag. Today, Iโd like to share my eco-friendly grocery shopping habits that I practice in my daily life. ๐ Zero-Waste Grocery Shopping 1. An old gym eco-bag. 2. Tarpaulin bag, net bag, cereal pouch. 3. Manufactured goods in the eco-bag. 4. Bulky fruit in the tarpaulin bag. 5. Vegetables in the net bag. 6. Refrigerated foods in the cereal pouch. โญ๏ธ Utilizing items that are washable and reusable! After my workout, I go to the supermarket to buy Korean beef and manufactured goods, and then stop by the market to buy vegetables and fruit. Organic food is good, but I prefer a diet where I reduce processed foods and cook simple meals using raw ingredients. Separating recyclables is a hassle on hot summer days, isn't it? There is no need to bring it in pay-as-you-throw garbage bags. Eat small amounts frequently, and only as much as you need. If you prepare and make it a habit, waste will decrease significantly. Let's keep our home tidy today. ๐ก (Please refer to the blog for details) #Seona'sHousekeepingRecipes #๋ฏธ๋๋ฉ์ด๋ฆผ๋ฌ #MinimalistLife #๋ฏธ๋๋ฉ์ด๋ฆผ #๊ฐ์ฑ์ด๋ฆผ #Minimalist #๋ฏธ๋๋ฉ #์นํ๊ฒฝ #์นํ๊ฒฝ์ด๋ฆผ #ZeroWaste #์ ๋ก์จ์ด์คํธ์ค์ฒ #์นํ๊ฒฝ์ผ์ #Reuse #์ฌํ์ฉ #์์์ํ #์ฅ๋ณด๊ธฐ #CornSoupRecord #ํ๋ช ํ์๋น
