For the knife that is the cutting board's partner, I mainly use [Global Knife] products. My friend's gimbap was sliced so thinly and neatly that I asked, "What kind of knife is it that cuts gimbap so well?" They told me it was a 'Global Knife'! That is when my praise for Global Knife began. The blade is sharp enough to cut through tissue paper with ease, so you have to be careful not to cut your hand when using it for the first time.
