Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, these fried shiitake mushrooms are so addictive that once you pick one up, you can't stop eating them🍄 Dipped in a sweet and savory butter soy sauce, this dish offers great satisfaction even without meat. Even though I generally like mushrooms, this dish made me think, "Can mushrooms really be this delicious?" Ingredients: 5 shiitake mushrooms Batter: 5 T glutinous rice flour, 6 T water Dust Coating: 2 T glutinous rice flour, a pinch of salt Sauce: 10g butter, 1 T minced garlic, 2 T regular soy sauce, 5 T oligosaccharide (or allulose), 3 T water 1. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel, then slice them thinly. 2. Place the shiitake mushrooms and dusting flour in a bag and shake gently to coat them evenly. 3. Dip the mushrooms one by one into the batter to coat them completely. 4. Fry in sufficiently preheated oil until golden brown and crispy. 5. Add the sauce ingredients to a pan, and once it starts to simmer slightly, add the fried mushrooms and toss quickly to finish! It has a flavor that even those who dislike shiitake mushrooms will enjoy, so you might end up raving about them! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, it goes really well as a snack, a bar accompaniment, or a side dish :D #ShiitakeMushroom #표고버섯요리 #버섯튀김 #튀김레시피 #집밥 #HomeCookingRecipe #간단레시피 #초간단요리 #반찬추천 #술안주 #오늘뭐먹지 #요리레시피 #집밥메뉴 #요리영상
