The first set of knives we bought after getting married was the ‘Dorco New Classic Chef’s Knife Set.’ It has been quietly holding its place in my kitchen ever since. Growing up hearing and seeing my mom and aunts say, “Dorco knives are the best,” even before I got married, everything moms use just looks good to you, right? I think that’s how I first met Dorco. It turns out they have been in Korea for a whopping 70 years, dating back to 1955. I was surprised and told my husband, and I was even more surprised when he said, “Don’t you know that square razor blade? Men know Dorco, too.” Thanks to that, I have had the opportunity to become a supporter for the first Dorco Kitchen Cook & Co. group. This time, instead of knives, I decided to personally try out Dorco’s premium line, ‘Mont Vert’ cookware. Although we are a two-person household, we prefer home-cooked meals over eating out and strive to eat healthily, so many pans and pots have passed through our home. I’d like to introduce the advantages of the Dorco Mont Vert pans and pots that I found useful, which is why I recommend them. Please stay tuned for my future activities!
