When I was decorating the kitchen, the main highlight I wanted to add was a "large island." I love cooking and often invite guests over, but when I was newly married, I was cooking in a small 17-pyeong kitchen. It was so inconvenient because of the cluttered cooking area and lack of storage space.😭 I’ve always wanted to install a large island the next time I moved, and I feel even more attached to our current home because it fulfilled that wish!!❤︎ꔛ Since we had to create space where there wasn't any before, we installed a partition wall and placed the island in front of it. I made the partition wall with glass blocks, and I think we were able to cover what needed to be covered while creating a screen that doesn't feel cramped. 👍🏻 The power that brings our family together in one place!
