"You're looking for a house like this in Seoul?" I was met with ridicule right from the start by the real estate agent... After uploading my last video, I received so many DMs asking, "Where is the house located?" and "Give me the building details!" Instead of asking about the location, I'm going to share the 'two formulas for finding a beautiful house' that I learned from moving 18 times. 1️⃣ First, the Condition Formula! Before you go to the real estate agency, decide on just these things and throw them out first. 👉 '3 things absolutely non-negotiable' + '1 thing negotiable' In my case, it was like this: ✔ Non-negotiable ① Natural light (South/Southeast) ✔ Non-negotiable ② Kitchen size ✔ Non-negotiable ③ At least 4th floor or higher ❌ Compromise ➔ Distance from the station 2️⃣ Second, throw these conditions at the real estate agent first and 'absolutely' do not waver! When you go to a real estate agency, they really do say things that discourage you, like, "There are no rooms at this price," or "It's a rental, so just find something decent," right? Most of this isn't the truth; it's just "negotiation talk" from real estate agents. Boldly skip any agent who gaslights you! Even if you can't meet all your conditions 100%, the difference in results between sticking to your own standards and persistently searching for a place versus compromising is huge. Remember this: the person paying to live there for two years is "you," not the agent! If you don't give up, you will inevitably find a home that you absolutely love, just like I did.
