🌿 Watering Plants: Just Remember These Points! The watering schedule varies by plant. The habit of checking the soil condition is more important than simply watering "once a week." ✔️ When to Water If you insert your finger about 3-4 cm into the soil and it feels completely dry all the way through, it is time to water. 💧 How to Water 1️⃣ It is good to let tap water sit for about a day. (This allows some of the chlorine to evaporate.) 2️⃣ Use a gentle stream of water, and water slowly and evenly, just like brewing drip coffee. 3️⃣ Water thoroughly until water flows sufficiently out of the drainage holes at the bottom of the pot. (Not just a drop or two, but enough to ensure complete drainage!) 4️⃣ Giving the leaves a shower helps remove dust and prevent pests and diseases. (Except for flowering plants or plants with very delicate leaves.) 5️⃣ Good ventilation is important after watering. It is helpful to open the windows or turn on a fan or air circulator. 6️⃣ Be sure to discard any water that collects in the saucer. This can cause root rot. 🌧️ Rainwater is a tonic for plants If you collect rainwater and water your plants occasionally, the minerals in the rainwater can help with plant growth. #GrowingPlants #식물물주기 #식물초보 #플랜테리어 #홈가드닝 #식물인테리어 #싱고니움 #식집사 #식집사일상 #거실식물 #실내식물
