#오홈스토랑 This is a recipe I made with tofu noodles for my husband's diabetic diet and my own diet, and I'm sharing it because it was so delicious! Today, I tried making it with pasta noodles for my son✨ Beef, Chamnamul, Perilla Leaf, and Perilla Oil Pasta 🥩🌿 It is a delicious pasta recipe where the aroma of chamnamul and perilla leaves fills your mouth the moment you take a bite. 😊 Today, I made it with soft pasta noodles for my son, but if you are on a diabetic or diet, you can substitute them with tofu noodles to make an excellent low-carb, high-protein meal. ✨ The nutty flavor of perilla oil, the fresh aroma of the greens, the juicy beef, and the umami of minced garlic all blend together perfectly. Save this recipe and be sure to try making it! [Preparing Ingredients] Noodles: Pasta (or Tofu Noodles - My Normal recommended. 1 pack) Meat: Thick-cut beef for steak 150~200g (Tenderloin, Sirloin, Striploin, etc.) Vegetables: A large handful of Korean aster, 5~8 perilla leaves Meat Marinade: 0.5 tablespoon olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper 🥣 [Perilla Oil Sauce Seasoning] 2.5 tablespoons perilla oil 1.5 tablespoons brewed soy sauce 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic 0.5 teaspoon allulose 1 teaspoon vinegar 0.5 teaspoon wasabi (adjust to taste) A pinch of sesame seeds [Instructions] 1️⃣ Grilling & Resting the Beef Season the beef with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then sear the surface in a heated pan until crispy. Transfer the grilled meat to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices, then slice it thinly. 2️⃣ Preparing Vegetables and Sauce Cut the Korean aster leaves into 4-5 cm pieces. Roll up several perilla leaves and thinly julienne them. Mix the specified ingredients to make the perilla oil sauce. 3️⃣ Preparing Noodles Pasta: Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes until soft and chewy, then drain. Tofu Noodles: Drain the water and completely remove moisture. 4️⃣ Tossing to Finish In a large bowl, combine the prepared noodles, Korean aster leaves, and half of the julienned perilla leaves. Pour in 2/3 of the sauce and toss gently. Arrange nicely in a dish, top with the sliced beef and the remaining julienned perilla leaves, and drizzle the remaining sauce over the meat to finish. 💡 Tip: To fully preserve the crunchy texture and aroma, Korean aster and perilla leaves should be wrapped raw with noodles and meat, rather than stir-fried. #KoreanAsterPasta #들기름파스타 #콘수프기록집 #HealthyRecipe #두부면레시피 #당뇨식단
