I’m having so much fun cooking with my new blender, making pesto and purees!! It’s smart spending if you use it well✌️ The menu for the day was an open sandwich topped with shrimp🥪 The pesto had hardened from being refrigerated, but softened up nicely when I topped it with warm grilled shrimp, and I drizzled truffle oil over it too! 🌱 A 3-day holiday break ~(˘▾˘~) ~(˘▾˘)~ (~˘▾˘)~ I had so much fun that two days have already passed.
