💙 Today's Home 2 - Home-cooked Grilled Eel 💙 Is it just me? I’ve been buying groceries from Today's Home more often lately. Fresh produce is delivered literally fresh, and since you can purchase items at really good prices by using coupons and reward points, I think I’m using Today's Home more and more frequently. My family loves a grilled eel restaurant called Yangsando. Wanting to experience that taste at home, I tried grilling the eels I bought from Today's Home myself. I always try to make sure my children, who use up a lot of energy throughout the day, eat a hearty breakfast, so around the time of the Dog Days of Summer, I prepared eel rice bowls. Along with the eel, vinegar ginger, two sauces (spicy and mild), and glasswort salt are provided, so it tastes even better if you add whichever you prefer. For reference, my eldest child's top pick was the mild sauce. With Today's Home, making eel rice bowls at home isn't difficult at all.
