#콘수프기록집 #오홈스토랑 Michelin 3-Star Tomato Pasta Highly Praised by iTastePia On YouTube, TastePia raved about this dish after eating it at a Michelin 3-star restaurant in Naples, saying it was even tastier than Mosu Acorn Noodles. So I tried making it myself. I referenced the recipe shared by Chef Fabio from Japan. 🏷️Tomato Pasta Recipe (1 Serving) Cherry tomatoes 350g Yellow tomatoes are ideal, but I only used red tomatoes. 1 clove garlic 10g basil 1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, crush the garlic, and put 10g of basil into a pot. Add 500ml of water, 4g of salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Simmer over medium-high heat for 20 minutes. 2. Mash the tomatoes with a fork halfway through. 3. Strain the sauce and pour it into a frying pan. 4. Cook the pasta for about 2-3 minutes less than indicated for al dente. 2L of water with salt 15g (Originally it was 30g of salt, but I reduced it because it was too salty) 5. Add the noodles to the sauce and cook over high heat while simmering. There should be a little more sauce than in my photo, but since I was filming and taking pictures, the sauce ended up being absorbed into the noodles too much. T_T But even without adding chicken stock, the umami flavor is amazing! It tastes different from the tomato pasta I've had before, so you should definitely give it a try. #TomatoPasta #파스타 #토마토파스타레시피 #RecipeSharing #간단요리 #미슐랭3스타
