Today, for the first time in a long while, I slept soundly all day long. 😴 I set the air conditioner to 27 degrees so it wouldn't be too cold, and with the cooling pad and deep sleep mat laid out, I had no reason to get out of bed. On top of that, I had the fan running softly, so the air didn't feel stuffy and the coolness lasted a long time. I felt truly comfortable from the moment I fell asleep until I woke up. I used to toss and turn every summer night, but since switching to this combination, I definitely feel the quality of my sleep has changed! Air conditioner + cooling pad + deep sleep mat + fan—I think this combination of four is the best formula for a good night's sleep in the summer. Today, I rested completely without any schedule and fully recharged.
