#오홈스토랑 When guests come over, I prefer light menus that we can all enjoy together, rather than preparing a fancy spread.🤍 I prepared Korean melon salad, Cobb salad, and bread, and the reaction was much better than I expected. (I had the main dishes delivered separately, though 🤭) 🍈 Korean Melon Salad After thinly slicing sweet Korean melons, I made a dressing by mixing olive oil + lemon juice + honey + salt :-) The crunchy texture of the melon pairs really well with the sweet sauce. 🥗 Cobb Salad Arrange cherry tomatoes, boiled eggs, mango, baby greens, etc., nicely on top, The salad is finished by drizzling a dressing made by mixing 2 tablespoons of olive oil + 1 tablespoon of lemon juice + 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard + 1 tablespoon of honey + salt and pepper! I recommend this as a menu for entertaining guests because it makes the table feel much more abundant without any complicated dishes.
