#오홈스토랑 #콘수프기록집 #집밥요리 I was reminded of a snack I had at a highball bar, so I decided to try making it. I wrapped rice mixed with vinegar vinegar in seaweed, cut it nicely, and topped it with wasabi. I sliced the salmon into bite-sized pieces. You're supposed to serve it with tartar sauce, but since I didn't have any at home, I mixed onion pickles with avocado mayonnaise instead. Originally, gimbap is supposed to include a strip of cucumber and radish sprouts, but since I didn't have those, I whipped this up quickly with the ingredients I had on hand. I enjoyed it with miso soup and beer. ^^
