I served it in a Tendon bowl that I usually cherish; it is more spacious and deeper than a regular rice bowl, making it absolutely perfect for plating rice bowl dishes! I am extremely satisfied because the sauce, rice, and toppings were all arranged neatly without spilling. With the pork jowl soaked in the sweet and salty sauce, and accompanied by whole garlic cloves and finely chopped scallions, I finished the whole bowl in no time without needing any other side dishes.
