The Best Object in My Home Is ‘Plants’ Hello, I’m a beginner plant butler who has just started to really enjoy home decorating. 🙂 These days, many people fill their spaces with fancy furniture or interior accessories. However, the hardest-working objects in my home are definitely the ‘green plants.’ They breathe life into the space without any flashy decorations, and just watching them grow little by little every day brings a sense of calm to my mind. 🪵 The Harmony of Wood, White, and Green One corner of my living room is arranged with wood-toned furniture and white wallpaper and curtains as the base. It was a space that could have looked a bit bland, but placing plants here and there instantly made the atmosphere cozy. 💡 My Styling Tip: Using Rattan Basket Covers Instead of leaving terracotta or plastic pots as they are, wrapping the pots in rattan or raffia baskets creates a much warmer and more natural ‘plant-terior’ feel! 🌿 Creating a Space Using Variations in Height Instead of simply placing plants side by side on the floor, I arranged them at different heights. On a low stool: I placed a broad-leaved Styrax japonica in a cute rattan basket to create an eye-catching focal point. On a wooden cabinet: I arranged small pots, charming basalt planters, and slightly taller plants in a row to create a sentimental gallery atmosphere. When combined with a few favorite books on the bookshelf, my most beloved healing spot in the home is complete. ☕️📖 On a sunny day, gazing at the plants through the gently swaying curtains makes me realize once again that there is truly no interior object as perfect as nature.
