🥘 As expected, Koreans love Korean food! A hearty dinner featuring spicy stir-fried pork and soybean paste stew. For dinner tonight, I prepared the ultimate, universally loved main course: spicy and sweet stir-fried pork and savory soybean paste stew. Adding a yellow rolled omelet and fresh lettuce wraps completed the perfect meal. Today, I plated the stir-fried pork in my favorite Staub curry plate. Although it was originally designed for curry, its slightly concave shape and depth made it absolutely perfect for serving the pork with its rich, simmering sauce! It really brings the food to life, making it look warmer and more appetizing. Also, I had a bowl I usually use for dried seaweed, so I tried putting some Cheongyang peppers in it. Perhaps because of its elongated shape, it was a perfect fit for the peppers! Placing the pork on a lettuce leaf, dipping it in garlic, and taking a big bite—it’s a taste that instantly washes away the day's fatigue.
