I've found that maintaining the organization is the most important thing after it's finished. Using storage items that fit the space helps keep things tidy for much longer. I emptied out expired ingredients and organized my inventory so that items are easy to access and visible at a glance. ✔️ For plastic bags, folding them to fit the clip size and standing them upright makes them easy to find and looks neat. ✔️ I was going to throw away the plastic storage containers, but I tried putting different types of coin-shaped broth in them, and I'm using them really well because they are so convenient to take out. ✔️ I usually store mixed grains in recyclable containers, and labeling the lids with names makes them easy to find.
